We’re facing temporary issues with our FPX system. Despite an error message you may see post-donation, specifically, “An error occurred:” （as per diagram A below）, rest assured, your donation will be recorded and is being processed by the donation team.

Due to this issue, immediate FPX Donation acknowledgement receipts are unavailable. Please check your email within 48 hours for donation confirmation. If not received, please contact our Donation Team at +603-62563861 (Direct) /3800 (General) or onlinedonation@tzuchi.my.
